A Native Texan

A native Texan, Stephanie graduated from West Texas A&M in 2000 with a degree in Business. After graduation Stephanie relocated to Austin where she soon met her husband, Casey, an entrepreneur born and raised in Austin, TX. The two combined their knowledge & experience & began working in new construction and remodels in 2004. This venture led her to follow her passions in home sales & in 2006 she achieved her real estate license. They were ecstatic when a few years later they grew their family had their son, Caleb. Stephanie continued her real estate career & Casey ventured into the commercial finance/lending space.

In 2012 they moved from the heart of ATX to Dripping Springs, TX. A year later their son began kindergarten. A love & respect for the teachers & school district woke up a passion in Stephanie to get involved & give back to her community. After being active in the local PTA, she soon joined the Dripping Springs Education Foundation as a board member where she has chaired the friends & family committee and currently co-chairs the gala committee. Contributing to her community & giving back are valuable to her core & where she finds the most joy.

Anyone can get you into a home or put a lockbox on your porch. Real estate transactions fail during the contract to close time period if you don’t have an educated Realtor to point out all of the blind spots unique to each transaction.
I have spent over a decade building relationships to bring a wealth of referrals from industry leaders in lending, title, inspections, repairs & more! From single family residential, to ag exempt land, to investors looking for rental or commercial properties, I have a team of industry leaders offering a niche in each type of lending transaction. My industry professionals do not pay me for referrals. If there was a monetary incentive, I would disclose it to my clients. I only refer them because I trust them and their professional abilities.
